Partial Building envelope restoration.
Glazing upgrade. Cut out and re-caulk. Specialty access requirements resulted in the entire project being done from swing stages and bosun chairs.

Vancouver General Hospital - Vancouver, BC

Project:
Installed deflection boots at every floor level from swing stages. Removed and replaced all horizontal expansion joints.

Garden Park - Abbotsford, BC

Project:
Re-caulk and glazing restoration.
New metal parapet cap system.

Kerrisdale Parc - Vancouver, BC

Project:
Removed and replaced all dryer vents, failed glazed units, sealants and skylight systems. Sealed all brick and stucco panel areas.
